INITIAL CONSULT: $200 This includes a two part visit.
The first meeting is an in person or virtual meeting that serves as way for Mairead to “get to know” you. This is a 2 hour in depth interview to discover how the elements of nature present themselves in your world. This is known as your Dosha or your Prakruti.
The second meeting is a phone call or in person chat that includes a brief lesson of what Ayurveda is, the findings from the first meeting (a breakdown of your Dosha), and how to begin to implement the practices Ayurveda into your life. This is usually about a one hour meeting. At this meeting you can order herbs, and begin to discuss how to begin to implement the many tools and practices of Ayurveda.
Herbal Consult: $110 This is a basic one hour meeting that focuses on gaining an Ayurvedic understanding of current imbalances you have (vikruti) and how best to incorporate herbal medicine into your diet and lifestyle. At this meeting you can decide whether you’d prefer to have your herbal formulas made for you or can be pointed in the right direction in how to design your own. Either way, nothing bought in a store is going to beat having your very own herbs designed specifically for you.
FOLLOW UP visit or phone call: $100 (packages are available). These are perfect times to check in and ask questions that have come up as you implement your practices. As well as an opportunity to gain insight and support on something new in your life.
On the massage table, Mairéad’s approach to sacred healing touch includes an array of ancient and innovative techniques, drawing on elements of Ayurveda, Shiatsu and Kripalu Bodywork. She is also especially skilled at abdominal massage and tension releasing techniques to restore balance in the body. Mairead has studied with some of the worlds most skilled teachers and has given over 3000 massages. In various settings from yoga studios, country clubs, backstage at concert venues, outdoor festivals, sidewalks, hotels, boats, to the beautiful beaches of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Mairéad is dedicated to helping her clients find peace and comfort wherever and however they show up.
